Rainscreen cladding is a lightweight, ventilated façade system that protects the building envelope and offers a broad range of architectural finishes. An external cladding layer is fixed to a supporting substructure, creating a cavity that allows moisture to escape and enhances façade durability.

Most systems incorporate insulation within the cavity to enhance thermal performance. Their construction enables fast installation with reduced weather dependency, supporting programme reliability.

Versatile and compatible with various materials, rainscreen systems provide design flexibility while ensuring façades remain robust, buildable and compliant with performance requirements.

External Wall Insulation adds insulation to the outside of a building and finishes it with a protective, decorative layer to improve appearance and reduce heat loss. By placing insulation externally and minimising cold‑bridging, EWI boosts overall energy efficiency.

Lightweight and suitable for both refurbishment and new build projects, EWI systems typically include insulation boards, a reinforced base coat and a chosen finish such as smooth, textured or brick‑effect render.

This creates a durable, weather‑resistant façade with wide design flexibility to meet modern thermal and aesthetic requirements.

Metal wall systems provide a durable, lightweight and efficient external envelope, widely used across commercial and industrial buildings. Typically installed onto steelwork cladding rails, they form the external wall build‑up, a key contributor to thermal, weather and air‑tightness performance.

Available as insulated composite panels or built‑up systems, they offer a choice of profiles, coatings and finishes, enabling both functional and visually distinctive façade designs with long‑term resistance to weathering and corrosion.

With coordinated rails, fixings and insulation, metal wall systems help achieve required thermal, fire and acoustic performance, while their straightforward installation supports programme certainty and early weathertightness.

Steel Framing Systems form the lightweight structural framework within the external wall zone of many modern buildings. Installed either between floor slabs or as a continuous frame, SFS creates a stable, non‑loadbearing backing wall ready for sheathing boards, external insulation and the chosen façade system.

SFS enables fast, accurate installation with minimal impact on the primary structure. Its lightweight, high‑strength components support efficient sequencing on site and help the external wall accommodate required thermal, fire and acoustic performance when combined with suitable sheathing, insulation and façade materials.
